Plus a new half bathroom in the groud floor common area! * Total bed acounts: 2 queen beds & 1 King size bed (combine 2 adult size twin beds in upstairs bedroom), plus living room a new ROVE Concept Queen sofa bed, who sleeps in the living room sofa bed can use the half bathroom. * An lovely quiet office nook * A outdoor BBQ Grill, Regular EV charging station and a Tesla charger too. One car parking space(not a garage) fits a small to medium size car. * Washer and Dryer in the house. We have a referral for an in-house private chefs, and extra housekeeping service is available upon request at an aditional cost. Enjoy your stay!!!
Other Details to Note
The Villa can sleep 8, there is a new ROVE Concept Queen sofa bed in the living room(as well as a queen air mattress). Extra persons above 8 will be charged. One Parking Space is in the rear (not a garage). The parking space fits best for a medium sized vehicle. Free street parking for large vehicles on Main street and many other streets within a very short distance. We have free CCS EV charger and a Tesla charger locate at the parking space!!
